Each year we do something special for Maryland Day. This year we created a global cooking stage. One of our chefs went on stage every hour and prepared an international dish. We had a large mirror over the work area so the audience could see everything. We gave out samples to the 150 people who are sitting closest to the stage; everyone else got recipe cards.
