We work hard on improving our customer service to our residents. We have a question of the day that the diet aides can ask the residents. This encourages more interaction with the residents and they are able to learn more about them. The residents respond well and appreciate that the diet aides take a little more interest in them and are more than just a server. Questions include: do you have any hidden talents, how many grandchildren do you have and what was your career?
