I do Foodservice 101 for new principals. I talk with them about the particulars of their school, the students we serve and our financials. A lot of new principals don’t realize that most programs are supposed to be self-supporting. If you communicate, there is less of a chance of that principal making a decision that will negatively affect the program.,
