Hotel Accommodations
To make hotel reservations, please call the Red Rock Casino, Resort, Spa at 866-767-7773 to receive the group room rate of $219. The mandatory per night resort fee of $19.99 is included in this rate and includes nightly turndown service, a daily newspaper, admission to the exercise facility at the Resort (normally $30.00) and the shuttle to and from the Las Vegas Strip and the McCarran International Airport on a set schedule. A credit card must be provided and it will be charged a deposit of one night’s room and tax at the time of booking. You must reserve your room by September 30, 2008 to take advantage of the discounted room rate. Be sure to tell them you are with Food Management Ideas Conference when booking your room. The discounted room rate is valid three days prior and three days after the conference, subject to availability.

Airport Shuttle
The Red Rock shuttle leaves the airport at the following times:
Sunday through Thursday beginning at 8:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. every other hour
Friday and Saturday beginning at 9:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. every other hour

There is no charge for parking at the Red Rock.
