Each month our culinary team selects a resident to don a chef’s hat and coat as Chef of the Day and prepare a favorite recipe during happy hour. It may be a family recipe, a dish the resident created or simply a recipe the individual enjoys making. The activity gives residents the opportunity to share something meaningful and changes up their daily routine.
