Turn your medical-model tray service into a hot, fresh service by using serving tables and carts within your neighborhoods or units. Instead of serving residents semi-warm or cold food on institutional trays plated in the kitchen, preset the over-the-bed table as though they were in the dining room, then plate up the hot food from carts right outside residents’ rooms.
