INGREDIENTS:12 cups water
7 cups cracked wheat
1 tsp. saltDIRECTIONS:1. In a large stock pot, bring the water and salt to a boil. Quickly stir in the cracked wheat and continue to stir to make sure lumps do not form.

2. Reduce the heat to a slow simmer, cover pot, and cook about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.

3.
