Cranberry Cash

Ocean Spray's third annual Ultimate Cranberry Recipe Contest has begun. Foodservice professionals are invited to share their creative cranberry dishes and win $25,000.

Last year, Justin Ward from the Art Institute of Atlanta won the contest with his “Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Mole and Cranberry Salsa.” See his recipe on Food Management's online archives: food-management.com. Each finalist recipe for this year's contest will be featured on Ocean Spray's website.
