Chicken breast supplies will likely remain limited-this month as seasonal demand escalates.-Cheese and bacon stocks also could be restricted due to declining production. Chicken breast, cheese and bacon prices are expected to remain high. History indicates ground beef prices could lower while salmon prices stay steady. Because the fast food industry continues to feature salad promotions there may be more demand for lettuce and tomatoes this summer.
