Celebrity chefs Joyce Goldstein (Square One in San Francisco) and Cary Neff (Conscious Cuisine) helped debut the round-the-clock Fresh Market at Fairbanks dining venue at the new Prentice Women’s Hospital at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago on October 20. The chefs also served as a menu consultants, contributing recipes that will be used in both retail and patient dining. Fresh Market features spa and Mediterranean cuisines using locally sourced, fresh foods prepared in front of the customer. It is operated by Morrison Management Specialists.
