48 oz. Tyson Fully Cooked Smoked Pulled Pork, frozen
12 corn-dusted kaiser rolls, buttered, toasted
3 cups CATTLEMEN’S GOLD Barbecue Sauce, heated
6 cups cole slaw, creamy
36 sweet pickle slices

  1. For the pork: Slack in cooler between 32º and 36ºF prior to use. Place in parchment- lined hotel pan. Cover with aluminum foil and heat in preheated conventional oven at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. Remove from oven. Keep warm above 140°F.

  2. To assemble a single serving: Place heel of bun on flat work surface. Top with 4 oz. pork, drizzle with 2 Tbsps. sauce over pork. Stack with 1⁄2 cup cole slaw and 3 pickle slices. Close sandwich with crown of bun. Arrange on plate.

  3. Garnish plate with freshly fried potato chips.
