Canteen Vending Services has launched a new self-developed premium coffee program for its full-line vending customers, marketed under three specialty coffee brands: Highland Estates, Wolfgang Puck and J. Traders. Highland Estates uses beans sourced from coffee growers that meet certification criteria from Rainforest Alliance, Utz Certified or Fair Trade. Wolfgang Puck Coffee features the celebrity chef’s personal recipes made with beans from a few select estates, roasted in small batches and available in three blends—Reserve, Vienna and Toscana. J. Traders features a line of hot beverages that will be available in both Highland Estates and Wolfgang Puck branded coffee machines. Canteen plans to convert 8,000 coffee machines to Highland Estates and Wolfgang Puck outlets by year-end.
