INGREDIENTS:6 oz. white chicken meat, diced
3 oz. cooked bacon bits
3 oz. ham, diced
4 oz. small chunked pineapple
1 ½ oz. green bell pepper, diced
1 ½ oz. red bell pepper, diced
1 ½ oz. Bermuda onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. Caribbean Jerk seasoning
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. mozzarella, shredded
20 oz. pizza dough
6 oz. pizza sauceDIRECTIONS:1. Preheat conveyor oven to 725°F. Combine first nine ingredients (chicken to jerk spice) and reserve.

2. Combine cheeses, mixing well; reserve.

3. Stretch pizza dough onto a 16-inch pizza screen. Top dough with pizza sauce. Sprinkle half the cheese blend over the sauce. Evenly distribute the meat topping mixture over the sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese blend. Cook for 6 minutes in a conveyor oven.
