FoodService Director - Steal this idea - Ted Mayer - brain breaks
Ted MayerSunday through Thursday nights when classes are in session we have “brain breaks” in the dining rooms. We provide snacks and beverages such as pastries, bagels, fruit, and veggies and dip. We created this as an additional meal period to address demand for late-night food. During exams we do more by offering something like a chocolate fondue station.
