INGREDIENTS:6 lbs.lean beef, cubed ½ cupvegetable oil 7½ lbs.russet potatoes, skin on, chopped 4 lbs.yellow onions, chopped ½ lb.flour 1½ Tbsps. paprika ½ Tbsp.poultry seasoning 1½ gals.water 2 lbs.carrots 1½ lbs.green beans to taste saltDIRECTIONS:1. Brown beef in oil. Add potatoes and onions. 2. Mix flour, paprika and poultry seasoning with 1½ cups water. Blend mixture into remaining water and add to beef mixture. 3. Cover and bake in a 375ºF oven for 1½ hours. Add carrots and beans the last 20 minutes of cooking time. Season with salt to taste.
