A New Hampshire winter can be long and cold. Dartmouth College Dining Services has one of the best cures for cabin fever out there: bring the beach inside and commence partying! They even brought a lifeguard.

Surf and turf appeared in the form of Beef Tenderloin with a Fresh Tomato Bruschette and Snow Crab Clusters with Drawn Butter. Attendees also could choose from Caribbean Chicken Breast, Terlyakl Marlnated Beef Skewers and a Tuna Steak Sandwich, along with lots of tropical side dishes. The dessert station featured coconut, lime and fresh fruit flavors. Way to beat the winter blahs!
