100 years after that fateful April night when the Titanic sank, the Heilman Dining Center, the University of Richmond's main dining facility, is hosting a memorial dinner this month to commemorate the tragedy.

Recipes that were actually served onboard the Titanic from the first, second and third class menus are being featured, and guests will get to pore over old newspaper articles and check out reproductions of artifacts.

Here are some of the menu selections that passengers enjoyed before fate took over: Chicken Lyonnais, Baked Haddock in Shark Sauce, Sirloin Steak with Mustard Sauce, Meatless Marrow Farcie, Crispy Roasted Potatoes, Creamed Carrots, Cabbage au Gratin, Crusty Rolls, Baked Apples, Chocolate Ganache Choux Bun, Fresh Fruit, Waldorf Pudding, and Peel and Eat Shrimp.
