Now that most of those pesky New Year's resolutions of eating only raw vegetables are happily tossed aside, let's dive into some fries! French fries are largely seen as a standard side dish, but try these ideas to enhance this American favorite:

  • Sauces: Cheese Sauce, Pizza Sauce, Mojo Sauce, Bearnaise, Tartar Sauce, Hoisin Caramelized Onions, BBQ Sauce

  • Cheeses: Cheddar, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Goat, Smoked Cheddar
