Foodservice equipment manufacturer Win-Holt Equipment Group has purchased Commercial Stainless Fabricators, Inc. (CSF), of Marietta, GA. The acquisition gives Win-Holt the ability to offer refrigeration, heating, ventilation, customized millwork and woodwork and full on-site factory installation services. Specifically, CSF's Spectrum Mobile Serving Counters and Comm-Veyor Conveying Systems brands are now part of Win-Holt's product offerings.

Jason Womack, the president and founder of CSF, has joined Win-Holt as vice president of business development of custom stainless fabrication. In his new role, Womack will focus on CSF's national sales efforts and other growth opportunities for the company.

CSF's 60,0000-sq.-ft. location becomes part of Win-Holt's custom stainless steel fabrication operation, which has facilities in Pennsylvania, Texas and California.
