Vollrath Names New Consultant Sales Director
The Vollrath Co. has named Suzanne Painter-Supplee to the newly created role of Director of Consultant Sales

The Vollrath Co., a premier manufacturer of smallwares and equipment, has added Suzanne Painter-Supplee in the newly created role of Director of Consultant Sales. In this new role she will develop training and education programs and tools aimed at helping professional commercial kitchen consultants stay on top of industry trends and issues, as well as provide ideas and solutions for creating inspired commercial kitchen designs.
Painter-Supplee brings more than 25 years of experience in the commercial food service industry, including more than 20 in commercial kitchen equipment. She has specialized training in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) prerequisites and credits and how they apply to commercial kitchens presently and in the proposed LEED 2012 building certification. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with specialty in Interior Design and Construction (LEED AP ID C) and is certified as MHS (Master Hotel Supplier) via the American Hotel & Lodging Institute, a NAFEM Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP), and is ServSafe certified.
In 2009, Painter-Supplee's educational programs earned her company the Foodservice Consultants Society International’s (FCSI) Education Provider of the Year award. She is also the Sustainable Operations Blogger for The Schechter Report (http://tsrmag.com/guest-blogs/sustainable-operations), where she posts twice per month.
Before joining Vollrath, Painter-Supplee was Director of Consultant Services at Champion Industries, Midwest Mountain Region Sales Manager for Scotsman Ice Systems and a Senior Territory Manager for Hobart Corporation.
