J&J Acquires Pretzel Maker

J & J Snack Foods Corp. has acquired the assets of Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels, a snack maker with products distributed throughout foodservice and retail channels. “We are pleased to welcome the Kim & Scott’s family into our organization," says J&J President/CEO Gerald Shreiber. "We look forward to expanding the brand in the future.” Kim & Scott’s co-founder Scott Holstein will continue to work for the company.
