Retail dining is centered around the hospital cafeteria, located in the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute that is attached to the hospital. A coffee shop, Skyway Café, has longer hours—until 7 p.m. weekdays—and serves sandwiches and pastries in addition to coffee drinks and other beverages. There is also a McDonald’s unit in the Courage Kenny facility that is open 24 hours and serves a variety of heart-healthy selections in addition to the chain’s traditional fare.

Another food alternative for staff and visitors is Minneapolis’ Midtown Global Market, located a block south of the hospital, which features more than 50 vendors of produce, delicacies, prepared foods and grocery items.
