This simple sauce recipe requires only four ingredients to produce a massive amount of flavor for numerous dishes.
4 oz. olive oil
2 roughly cut large onions
4 oz. chopped garlic
10 lb. yellow beefsteak tomatoes
Sauté onions until tender and add garlic until fragrant.
Add tomatoes and cook till tender, about 45 minutes to an hour.
Purée until smooth, adjust seasoning.
