Your taste buds will be jumping with joy with this unique spin on a pizza. This Wisconsin Three Cheese Pizza with Broccoli Rabe, Sausage and Chick Peas is sure to give you strong flavors with every bite.

Ingredients

14- to 16-in. prepared/proofed dough or par-baked pizza crust
2 tbsp. garlic-infused olive oil, divided
2 to 3 links (6 oz.) Italian or fennel sausage, crumbled and cooked
1 bunch (6 to 8 oz.) broccolini or broccoli rabe, half of stem lengths removed and steamed
¾ cup (6 oz.) cooked or canned chick peas, drained
½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup (4 oz.) sharp provolone cheese, shredded
1 cup (4 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1½ oz. shaved Parmesan cheese

Steps

1. Brush prepared dough with 1 tbsp. garlic olive oil. Toss sausage, broccolini or rabe and chick peas in remaining garlic oil. Season with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

2. Place half the provolone and mozzarella on oiled dough. Arrange sausage mixture over cheese. Top with remaining shredded provolone and mozzarella.

3. Bake about 10 min. (for fresh dough) or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle shaved Parmesan over top.
