YIELD: 15 (9 oz.) portions
64 oz. prepared frozen mac and cheese
32 oz. frozen peas
40 oz. ham, boiled, medium dice
3 ¾ oz. breadcrumbs, plain
1. Thaw mac and cheese according to package directions.
2. Combine with peas and ham. Divide mixture up into 15 9 oz. portions, top with breadcrumbs and place in oven-proof gratin dishes.
3. Bake at 350°F until mac and cheese reaches 165 degrees, about 15-20 minutes.
