Ingredients

3 cups finely chopped seedless watermelon
1⁄2 cup finely chopped peeled, seeded cucumber peeled
1⁄4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
1⁄4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. agave nectar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 avocado, pitted and diced
Tortilla chips

Steps

1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except avocado; toss well. Refrigerate until well chilled.

2. Prior to serving, add diced avocado. Serve with tortilla chips.
