Frozen bananas form the core of this Asian-inspired drink, which also features a fresh agave sour made with lime, lemon and agave nectar.

Ingredients

1 to 2 oz. Dole Fresh Frozen Banana Slices, partially thawed
2 oz. Fresh Agave Sour (recipe below)
11⁄2 oz. rum, if desired
1⁄8 tsp. ground Saigon cinnamon
1 oz. ginger ale
Cinnamon stick for garnish

Fresh Agave Sour
Yield: 1 quart

1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup water
11⁄2 cups agave nectar

Steps

1. Combine bananas, Fresh Agave Sour, rum (if desired) and cinnamon in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.

2. Pour into glass and top with additional ice and ginger ale. Garnish with cinnamon stick, if desired.

Fresh Agave Sour

1. Combine ingredients in half-gallon container. Whisk to stir completely.

2. Store chilled. Shake before use.
