Yield: One sandwich
5 oz. seitan
2 oz. Daiya cheese
1 6-in. steak roll
1 oz. hot peppers
1 oz. sweet peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Slice or pull seitan and cook on flat top or in frying pan with a little blended oil to prevent sticking.
2. When seitan starts to brown, toss in hot and sweet peppers. Mix well.
3. Flatten mixture and add cheese to melt.
4. Transfer mixture to roll.
