Tuscan Margherita Burger

Red sauce, a balsamic mayo, mozzarella, fresh basil and Roma tomatoes bring a taste of Margherita pizza to this signature burger.
Ingredients
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. granulate garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1/3 lb. ground beef
1 slice fresh mozzarella
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup mayo
4 or 5 fresh basil leaves
3 or 4 slices Roma tomato
Ciabatta roll
Sauce Provencal or favorite red sauce to taste
Steps
1. Mix dry spices and coat burger.
2. Grill medium well to well. Melt fresh mozzarella on top.
3. Mix balsamic vinegar with mayo and dress ciabatta roll with balsamic mayo on top and sauce Provencal or red sauce on the bottom.
4. Top burger with Roma tomato slices and fresh basil leaves.
