This fruit-based salsa features grapefruits, oranges, mango, red onion and red and yellow peppers.
3 large Florida grapefruits
2 medium Florida oranges
1 medium mango, diced
1/2 small red onion, diced
1 small red pepper, julienned
1 small yellow pepper, julienned
1 large Anaheim chile, julienned
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. olive oil
1. Peel and segment grapefruit and oranges. Also squeeze juice.
2. Combine all ingredients. Toss carefully.
