These portobello mushrooms are stuffed with all kinds of goodness like fresh baby spinach, crushed Ritz crackers and chopped garlic.

Ingredients

4 portobello mushrooms
½ lb. salted butter
½ oz. chopped garlic
4 oz. fresh baby spinach
4 oz. white wine
8 oz. crushed Ritz crackers
3 oz. heavy cream
¼ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Steps

1. Melt butter in saucepan.

2. Chop spinach and garlic and add to butter. Cook until spinach wilts.

3. Add wine and seasoning and cook for 2 minutes

4. Add in crackers.

5. Add in heave cream and mix.

6. Place one 4-ounce scoop of mix into each mushroom. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
