At this female-friendly steakhouse, the bar mixes up a riff on the classic cosmo and calls it a cobbler. The cocktail ingredients are reminiscent of that dessert, with a base of muddled fresh strawberries and a sweet rim of graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

2 fresh strawberries
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. sour mix
¼ oz. simple syrup
Ice cubes
¼ oz. graham cracker crumbs
Strawberries, for garnish

Steps

1. In mixing glass of cocktail shaker, muddle 2 strawberries. Add vodka, sour mix and simple syrup; stir. Fill mixing glass with ice; shake and strain.
2. Rim a martini glass with graham cracker crumbs. Pour cocktail into glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
