Tabasco sauce, green peppers and garlic give these home fries their spicy side.
1 lb. blanched potatoes, diced 1-in. square
¼ cup olive oil
8 oz. onions, sliced 3/8-in.
8 oz. green peppers, sliced ¼-in.
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tbsp. Original Tabasco Pepper Sauce
1. Saute potatoes in oil until two-thirds done.
2. Add onions and peppers.
3. Cook until potatoes are done and vegetables are tender. Season with garlic, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
