YIELD: 2 cups 3 Tbsps.
1 cup ranch salad dressing
1 Tbsp. Chipotle chili pepper
1 Tbsp. Ancho chili powder
1 cup salsa
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic
Combine all ingredients until they are evenly distributed. Hold refrigerated at an internal temperature of 40°F or below. Use within three days. Best if made the day before service.
