INGREDIENTS:2 cups watermelon, seeds removed, small dice
3/4 cup Walla Walla onions, chopped
3/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup jalapeño peppers, seeded, chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS:1. Gently stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, at least one hour to blend flavors.
