Ingredients

15 lb. pork shoulder butt, cut into 3/4-in. cubes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
6 cups orange juice
6 cups cola
3 cups Kikkoman Lime Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Dressing & Sauce

Steps

  1. Brown pork in oil on all sides. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, about 40 minutes, or until pork is tender.

  2. Cook uncovered, until liquid evaporates and pork begins to brown again, being careful not to let burn.

  3. Chop 1/2 cup pork per serving and serve with warm corn tortillas, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo salsa and lime wedges.
