For this dish, classic french fries get punched up with Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper and dried parsley.
4 medium baking potatoes
Vegetable cooking oil or shortening
Coarse sea salt
Black peppercorns coarsely ground
Old Bay seasoning
Dried parsley
1. Peal potatoes. To prevent darkening, immerse potatoes in bowl of ice water once cut. Pat dry.
2. In fryer, heat oil to 365°F. Fry until crisp and golden brown. Drain potatoes. Combine seasoning. Immediately sprinkle potatoes with seasoning.
