One of the best-known of all pub flavors gives a new dimension to crispy Tavern Traditions Beer Battered Fries.  Serve plenty of napkins with this Canadian favorite.

Ingredients

6 oz. Tavern Traditions Thin Regular Cut Beer Battered Fries (#45Q)
3 oz. Cheese Curds, unbreaded, fresh or frozen
4 oz. Guinness®-infused Brown Gravy (see recipe)
Pinch Parsley, chopped

Steps

  1. Prepare fries according to the directions on the package.

  2. Cover with the gravy.

  3. Top with the cheese curds and parsley.

Guinness Gravy:
1 ½ oz. Guinness Stout
2 ½ oz. prepared Brown Gravy

  • Simmer gently for a few minutes, to give the Guinness a chance to cook off and the sauce to reduce very slightly.
