Roasted pork adds distinctive flavor to this appetizer or side dish. 

Ingredients

24 rice paper wrappers
2 cups cooked roasted pork, shredded
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup julienned purple cabbage
1/4 cup julienned carrot
Sriracha sauce to taste
Sweet chili sauce to taste

Steps

  1. Take 2 rice paper wrappers and thoroughly moisten with water. Place one on top of the other.

  2. Place 2 ounces shredded pork on middle of wrapper, add some spinach, some purple cabbage and some carrots. Fold bottom of wrapper and roll slightly to top, fold in sides and continue folding to top. Cut on an angle. Continue until all rolls are built.

  3. Serve with sriracha and sweet chili sauce.
