Create a flavorful vegetarian stir-fry by adding pineapple, different textured cabbages and plenty of other vegetables.

Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. napa cabbage
1 1/4 lb. bok choy cabbage
10 oz. julienne green peppers
10 oz. julienne red peppers
1 1/4 lb. julienne onions
1 1/4 lb. sliced celery
1 1/4 lb. julienne carrots
1/4 #10 canned pineapple
1/4 #10 canned, sliced bamboo shoots
1 oz. chili garlic sauce
3 lb. udon noodles
1 1/4 cup sesame oil
1 1/4 cup stir fry sauce

Steps

  1. Combine all vegetables in large mixing bowl.

  2. Heat oil and stir fry vegetables.

  3. Add noodles, sauce and heat through.

  4. Place on center of serving plate.
