13 oz. pizza dough
2 oz. pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
24 pieces sliced pepperoni
Stretch dough to fit well-oiled 12-inch pizza pan, taking care to maintain even thickness throughout entire surface area.
Spread 2 ounces of pizza sauce equally around entire surface, leaving no dough exposed.
Cover with 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Distribute pepperoni evenly over cheese.
Bake in 450°F pizza oven until cheese bubbles and begins to brown.
