Pisco is a grape brandy that’s produced in South America, and the Pisco Sour is often considered the national cocktail of Peru and Chile. This recipe gives the drink a fresh fruit finish with the addition of juicy grapes. Beaten egg white provides a frothy crown.

Ingredients

3 muscat grapes
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 1/2 oz. Pisco brandy
1 oz. egg white
Dash of bitters
Green grapes for garnish

Steps

  1. In cocktail shaker, muddle grapes with syrup. In separate shaker, dry shake egg white.

  2. Add Pisco and ice to muddled grapes, then add egg white. Shake well and strain over ice into cocktail glass. Add dash of bitter, garnish with grapes and serve.
