Mediterranean Rub for Pork Skewers

YIELD: ENOUGH RUB FOR 10 SERVINGS

⅓ cup dried marjoram
½ cup dried parsley
¼ cup lemon pepper
2 Tbsps. onion powder
2 Tbsps. garlic powder
2 Tbsps. sugar
2 Tbsps. salt

1. Combine rub ingredients.

2. Rub on pork tenderloin cut into uniform pieces; alternate pork on skewers with bell peppers and onions; grill and serve with pita bread.
