Quaker Steak & Lube does the kind of food young kids go for—in presentations they can’t wait to take home. Here’s an individual pizza that starts with a base of Indian naan flatbread, topped with chicken, veggies and cheese and set in a cool looking racecar. It’s sided by Kids LiveWell choices of broccoli and carrots.

Ingredients

1 naan flat bread
1 oz. original BBQ sauce
1 boneless chicken tender, grilled
2 tbsp. corn and black bean combo
1 tbsp. diced tomato
1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese

Steps

  1. Cut chicken tender into 6 to 8 slices on the bias. Place chicken slices on flat top to reheat until the internal temperature reaches 165 ̊F.

  2. Add corn and black beans to chicken on flat top and heat through. Pass naan bread through conveyor oven once; top with BBQ sauce and spread over bread. Top with chicken, black bean and corn mixture, then Provolone cheese. Pass through conveyor broiler once more to melt cheese.

  3. Remove from toaster and place on folded deli paper on cutting board; top with diced tomato. Cut diagonally in an “X” and then cut in half to make six triangle slices. Slide deli paper onto an oval basket.
