Pretty in pink and sinfully irresistible, tempt bar and dessert customers by making Hazel’s Cherry Bomb a seasonal signature.

Ingredients

1 cup DOLE ® Fresh Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries, partially thawed
1 cup DOLE Fresh Frozen Red Tart Cherries, partially thawed
2 oz. orange flavored liqueur
1 oz. hazelnut flavored liqueur
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

Steps

  1. Combine sweet and tart cherries and liqueurs in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth. Add ice cream and blend until smooth.

  2. Garnish each serving with whipped cream and maraschino or fresh cherries, if desired.
