Flatbread is hot! This dish starts with soft, pita-like naan bread, then adds assorted vegetables, creamy Italian dressing, honey and roasted garlic sauce and goat cheese for a fresh addition to any menu.

Ingredients

4 oz Asparagus
2 oz Bell pepper, orange
2 oz Bell pepper,yellow
4 oz Mushrooms, portabello
2 oz Bell pepper, red
4 oz Eggplant, domestic
4 oz Onions
4 oz Squash, yellow
4 oz Zucchini
12 oz Wish-Bone Italian Dressing
4 pc Tandoori Naan 8" oval, warmed
4 oz Knorr Ready-to-Use Honey & Roasted Garlic Sauce
4 oz Goat cheese, crumbled

Steps

  1. Cut or slice vegetables into bite-size pieces as needed. In medium bowl, combine vegetables and Wish-Bone Italian Dressing. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, tossing occasionally.

  2. Remove vegetables from dressing; discard dressing. Grill or roast vegetables until lightly charred and beginning to brown.

  3. Spread naan with 1 tbsp Knorr Honey & Roasted Garlic Sauce. Top with 1 cup assorted vegetables; sprinkle with 1 oz goat cheese.

  4. Run flatbread under broiler or salamander until goat cheese softens. Repeat to make 4 flatbreads; serve immediately.
