Greek flavors inspire this pizza. Olives, oregano and feta cheese add great flavor to this turkey topped pizza.

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup olive oil
4 lb. turkey cutlets, cut into thin strips
2 qt. onion, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 1⁄2 tbsp. lemon pepper, ground
1 1⁄2 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 1⁄2 tbsp. fresh oregano, minced
5 12-in. thin crust pizza shells
1⁄4 qt. chopped tomatoes
50 kalamata olives, pitted and slivered
1 1⁄2 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
 

Steps

1. In a large skillet, heat oil and add turkey strips, onion, parsley, lemon pepper, garlic and oregano. Cook 5-7 min., stirring, until turkey is cooked and vegetables soften.

2. Place pizza shell on a baking sheet. Top with turkey mixture, tomatoes, olives and cheese.

3. Bake pizza at 450° F. for 10-12 min. until heated through and cheese is slightly melted.
