Frips are fried and served nacho style. Spicy flavors are tempered by mellow cheese.

Ingredients

Oil, for frying
5 oz. frips
1 oz. fresh tomato, diced
1 oz. black olives, sliced
1 oz. jalapeño peppers, sliced
1 oz. red onion, finely chopped
1 oz. hot taco sauce
3 slices American cheese

Steps

1. Fry frips in 350°F oil for 2-3 min. or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Place single layer on a dinner plate.

2. Divide tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, and onions evenly over frips. Top with hot sauce and cheese.

3. Microwave or broil Frips for 15-30 sec., or until cheese is melted.

4. Serve immediately.
