Food Truck Beef Sliders with Coleslaw

YIELD: 1 portion

1 beef patty
2 dinner rolls
½ oz. BBQ sauce
2 oz. coleslaw mix, fresh, dry
coleslaw dressing, 1 Tbsp.

1. For the burgers: from frozen sleeve, prior to placing bag in oven, poke several small holes in top of bag. Place entire sleeve of patties on lined sheet pans. Bake in a convection oven at 375°F, 20 to 30 minutes. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before removing patties. OR Individual preparation from thawed: place patty on a lined sheet pan, bake in a convection oven at 350°F for 6 to 7 minutes.

2. Toss patties with BBQ sauce.

3. To assemble (serving size is 2 dinner rolls and 1 beef patty. Cut beef patties in half and portion each half on the bottom of a sliced dinner roll. Cover with remaining dinner roll top. Wrap in foil and keep warm until serving time.

4.Coleslaw: Mix coleslaw with dressing. Using a #16 scoop, portion into 5.5 oz. cups with lids. Keep refrigerated until time of service. Offer two wrapped sandwiches with coleslaw.
