Yield: 16 servings

4 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into halves
4 Tbsps. lemon juice
1 cup honey
2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
4 peaches, peeled, pitted and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
16 kiwifruit (green, gold or a combination), peeled and cut in half widthwise
16 strawberries, hulled
4 bananas, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
16 wooden skewers

1. Puree 4 kiwifruit, lemon juice, honey, ginger and cinnamon in food processor until smooth. Do not crush kiwifruit seeds; set aside.

2. Brush grill with oil. Preheat grill. Place fruit in large bowl. Pour pureed kiwifruit glaze over fruit and gently toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes. Arrange mixed fruit on skewers.

3. Grill fruit over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, brushing with puree until light brown. Serve immediately.
